Salary: $25.86$ à $31.65 per hour

 

We are currently looking for an Administrative Agent to work with our team in the Clinical Biomedical Laboratory and support the Medical Administration service. 

Responsibilities

The Administrative Agent, Class 1 performs various tasks related to the development, application and control of administrative standards and procedures, and the organization of work. They perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects or the smooth functioning of an administrative unit's day-to-day operations. They perform complex secretarial work requiring in-depth knowledge of all the programs related to the service.  Specific tasks include documenting laboratory activities, producing statistical reports, scheduling appointments, following up on physical and electronic files, following up and processing invoices and supplier expenses, updating policies, procedures and minutes, including managing the necessary follow-ups. 

Qualifications

  • DEP in secretarial studies or AEC in the field of administration
  • 4 years’ experience in administration
  • Fluency in French written and spoken; capacity to communicate in English is required in order to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients and/or stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Candidates will be subject to administrative testing)
  • Organizational and priority management skills with attention to details
